I served on the leadership team of a campus-based student organization focused on improving mental health for the UNC community. My responsibilities included matching peers to peer responders, marketing and promotion on our Instagram page, training new responders, and collaborating with campus partners to raise awareness about mental health.

I managed the @uncch26 and @uncpatio Instagram pages with other UNC students. I also served as an Ambassador for the UNC Patio group chats as well as facilitated the creation of new chats, started conversations, and answered questions from future or prospective students. During this process, the UNC platform gained over 10,000+ students involved in various chats, all based on various topics including interests, clubs, classes, or dorms.

I developed and regularly distributed online and physical advertising materials to thousands of students. I created and designed marketing materials with advanced knowledge of Canva and Photoshop while collaborating with several student organizations to promote large-scale events on campus.

I served as the social media coordinator for UNC's Carolina After Dark program, which focuses on planning evening or weekend programming opportunities on campus designed to give students safer alternatives for having safe fun. These events are a way for all UNC students to be involved socially on campus, free of substances. I helped promote such events on our social media sites as well as grew our follower count by over 300% in my time in the position.

I worked as the Marketing Manager for the Connor Community Residence Halls which housed over 500+ students to promote events and offer services and resources. I managed the social media accounts and designed content to regularly market social events to foster a sense of community and successfully brought residents together.
