Managed 3-tiered Train the Trainer Program for ChildFund Ethiopia that reached around 200 staff, implementing partners, and local beneficiaries which created a common leadership language within ChildFund Ethiopia’s national efforts. Co-designed and facilitated Senior Leadership Team programs for a variety of INGOs that included longitudinal efforts to create system change and develop culture of leadership within these organizations. Collaborated with senior management team on creating a strategic plan as our team moved from start-up to small business mode. Analyzed internal team needs and established a formal staff development training program to build team members facilitation, design, and business development skills and boost team morale and trust. Provided mentoring and coaching to team members to expand team capacity. Managed intern recruitment and on-boarding process. Created support materials for trainer ramp-up to scale these efforts.
