I encourage my clients to grow from a place of clarity and appreciation of who they are and what makes them great, both as professionals and individuals. I have a particular interest in challenges around personal authority, agency and negative self-talk/beliefs, such as the inner critic/imposter, that can be impediments to progress. As a Coach Consultant and NED, I bring a rigour-oriented mindset and a focus on operational excellence, seeking congruence between stated values / policies and the lived experience of the company culture. I am fascinated by people, behavioural dynamics and the myriad of factors that can accelerate and/or inhibit the high performance of businesses and their people. My corporate background and strong work ethic inform all aspects of my approach and I like to work collaboratively and with a high level of engagement. I am direct, challenging, dynamic and highly intuitive and bring optimism and curiosity to every aspect of my work.
