Established vision and strategy to develop all Fisher College of Business students as principled leaders. Partnered with world-class faculty, executive stakeholders, donors, and led a talented team to deliver results. Expanded Fisher Leadership Initiative's impact also to support professionals through free and revenue-generating services. Directed new, donor-funded projects to enhance programs for students at Fisher and across The Ohio State University. Earned Crucial Conversations and Crucial Accountability certifications and taught Crucial Conversations course and trained professionals in strategies to lead and have difficult conversations.

The Central Ohio Leadership Academy (COLA) is a 6-day, transformational leadership development and community capacity building experience for a select group of rising high school juniors and seniors across the Columbus Region.In 2011, I served as a small group facilitator for this conference. Since 2013, I have written the curriculum for the academy, hired and trained facilitators, and ensured this was a rigorous and developmental experience for participants. I also manage logistics for the academy, play a key role in the application and selections process for incoming students, and actively interface with COLA Advisers and key stakeholders.

BLF provides access, offers tools, and creates experiences to empower students to realize their potential and make a positive impact on society.Built relationships with many program stakeholders to fund and sustain this primarily privately funded experience; served as mentor for students.Worked with stakeholders to design and implement a rigorous and innovative leadership development experience over a four-semester experience. Semester themes include: Foundations of Personal and Professional Development, Relational Leadership, Ethics and Values, and Entrepreneurship. Used multiple developmental models and texts to ground the curriculum in best practices.Managed a host of experiential learning opportunities, including: leadership and professional development workshops hosted by Ohio State alumni, community leaders, and other SMEs; consultative projects with multi-billion dollar corporations and community-based non-profits alike; weekly luncheon conversations featuring notable leaders in an intimate, round-table setting.Created opportunities for students to engage in relationship-building across boundaries, specifically through mentorship, coaching, and dialogue groups. Created a 7-month mentorship experience with Ohio State's Alumni Association. Partnered with the Student Wellness Center to pilot their Group Coaching model. Designed and implemented a sociocultural dialogue series for diverse groups of students with guidance from the Multicultural Center.Chaperoned students on international immersive experiences to India in May and December 2013 to foster an understanding of global leadership.

Assisted in the creation and implementation of the Student Employment Experience training program for all Ohio Union and Recreational Sports student employees. Created and maintained a system to track participation in the Student Employment Experience training program.Cultivated presentation experiences, facilitating a variety of workshops. Delivered workshops for the Student Employment Experience: Student Employment on Your Resume, Giving & Receiving Feedback, On-Boarding & Orientation. Presented an Etiquette Luncheon at the Ohio Recreational Sports Association Annual Conference.Supervised administrative area students, delegated and evaluated their work, and administered performance reviews.Served on the Student Life Human Resources committee on behalf of Recreational Sports, and co-created the first Student Life Student Employee Celebration for all employees of Student Life.

Collaborated with offices and colleges across campus to provide diverse, informative, and interesting events. Specifically planned and managed the implementation of “Sibs Weekend”, Parent and Family Weekend”, region-based events, and other creative programming opportunities. Implemented assessment tools to measure the success of these programs.Provided front-line customer service to parents and family members' emails and phone calls over a variety of topics.

As interim conductor, I orchestrated the music for the 6p.m. mass and held weekly rehearsals with musicians and vocalists.
