BLF provides access, offers tools, and creates experiences to empower students to realize their potential and make a positive impact on society.Built relationships with many program stakeholders to fund and sustain this primarily privately funded experience; served as mentor for students.Worked with stakeholders to design and implement a rigorous and innovative leadership development experience over a four-semester experience. Semester themes include: Foundations of Personal and Professional Development, Relational Leadership, Ethics and Values, and Entrepreneurship.
