As a Licensed California Marriage and Family Therapist, I work with residents throughout the state of California to provide virtual therapy to those who are navigating through the unexpected and unwanted thoughts and emotions surrounding life transitions, specifically during pregnancy/postpartum. I have extensive training in Child-Parent Psychotherapy, which is an evidence-based, attachment style of therapy, that focuses on rebuilding ruptured attachment between a caregiver and infant through education, support, and modeling. In addition, I am certified in perinatal mental health through Postpartum Support International and have a passion in working with new mothers, difficulties in breastfeeding, and traumatic birth. I believe that remaining authentic and genuine is crucial and understand that each client has a story that is unique and personal. The struggles we go through do not have to define us. By keeping this in mind, I help my clients take back the power and be more in control of their mental health.
