I was responsible for supporting the team across all marketing functions for B2B and B2C campaigns including event management, website management, advertising, branding, internal communications, email marketing and analysis, social media, and reporting.★ Website: Co-ordinated updating of new content, press releases, news articles, etc across the Hays website. Ensured metadata, metatags and keywords were in place for SEO.★ Events: Project managed external and internal events from inception to running order on the day, including managing budgets, eDM and advertising campaigns, invites, brochures, and the day-to-day schedules.★ Social Media: Established a strong social media presence across Facebook, Twitter and Instagram using Hootsuite to schedule posts and Audiense to analyse performance and make actionable recommendations.★ Advertising: Managed & executed advertising campaigns - online banner ads, print advertising for Hays & client led ads across national & local newspapers. Liaised with our in-house graphic team in Hays London through Clarizen software. Developed & co-managed product literature such as internal recruitment brochures, career advice brochures, Women in IT report etc. Liaising with our PR company for campaigns★ Email Marketing: Managed and executed email marketing campaigns for Hays and our clients, for events, new leadership publications, surveys etc. Created compelling content for each campaign. Strong CTAs, driving customers to specific landing pages. Using Dotmailer email marketing system.★ Internal Comms: Intranet updates, managed our internal communications emails - informed staff of events, social outings, company updates, incentives, CSR activities & media mails of updates within each specialism★ Analytics: Analysed, reviewed and reported on all email marketing campaigns, including deliverability, open rates, unique link clicks, bounce rates etc.
