I am a Partner in EY’s People Advisory Services group in Dublin, with over 15 Years’ experience in Ireland in the Big 4.I advise leading Irish and multinational employers on all employment tax and HR matters relevant to employees and directors. My experience includes advising employer’s on the tax efficient delivery of remuneration, social security, workforce downsizing and reward strategy. I also advise organisations on tax, financial, regulatory and strategic challenges associated with the mobility of people across the globe.
