Kids across the U.S. desperately need new shoes in order to attend school with dignity and without pain. As Director of Leadership Giving, I am part of the Leadership Team driving our non-profit organization toward key fundraising goals to ensure we get more shoes to more kids! Shoes That Fit reached over 180,000 children last school year, with the goal of scaling that to 500,000 kids. For over 20 years, I built my career in the legal world. In pursuit of strategic and financial goals, I partnered with law firms and attorneys to develop, execute, and oversee all aspects of strategic business development, client relations, marketing, and public relations initiatives. When active in the legal space, I worked with Firm Management, Practice Group and Client Team Leaders, attorneys, and public policy advisors on strategic planning, business development and marketing efforts, client service initiatives, media relations, and budgeting. I have in-depth experience coaching and training attorneys on sales, marketing, and client relations best practices, and in developing cross-selling initiatives. I have led numerous branding efforts, and corporate identity and website campaigns.
