About Sarah Persinger

My focus is on the bi-directional flow of technical and functional knowledge sharing and Change Management practices in the areas of HCM, Business, and Financial operations (with a large side of "Context" to go with the 'How a Process Works' appetizer). I have moved in and out of the financial, audit, accounting, and technology realms from college through the present and consider each new day's challenges nothing more than a lifelong learning experience. My passion is software and systems from the functional user perspective with enough technological knowledge mixed in for a robust work experience. Each day brings a new task, topic, or idea to put into motion and the work certainly never gets boring.
