As well as general accounting duties such as banking, reconciliation and journals, I managed a database of tenants and arranged their property insurance and handled invoicing and credit control, liaising with bailiffs and solicitors to recover debts when required. I was also responsible for the accounting and reconciliation of monthly financial returns of Cadw heritage sites.During my time in this role, I gained experience of a vast array of software which greatly advanced my IT skills. I took many personal development courses including Project Management, Advanced MS Excel, Event Facilitation, and others.

Selected for secondment by the Project Director for the organisation-wide rollout of SAP, I successfully collected user permissions and role mapping data for over 1000 system users; databasing and testing the data and working with stakeholders across the business to assist them in collating their user requirements.I also acted as Department Relationship Manager to assist the wider project team in resolving any issues and manage expectations of the system implementation.I worked with the training team to ensure all users were fully trained ahead of go-live by assisting with the planning, facilitation and delivery of training sessions across Wales.
