I have worked within The Flight Centre Travel Group for over 19 years, spending half that time in our Retail Division - Flight Centre Brand in Operations specifically and the latter half of this time has been spent in FCM Travel Solutions, most recently as a Solution Design Consultant. My current role is all about helping to our multi-national customers discover and design a travel program that works for them The key aim is ultimately to guide customers towards the optimization of their business travel program. I use consultative skills, with the ultimate goal being to propose solutions customised for the exact need of the client and to coordinate the implementation of a Statement of Requirements. I am incredibly focused on supporting my clients in achieving the most effective Global Program. My extensive operational background in Sales, Airfares, Supplier Negotiations, Reservation Systems all allow me to fully understand and design the right solution for my clients. I have the ability to communicate and work with all levels and layers of a Global Company in all Markets. I have highly developed analytical skills and my strategic thinking matched with my highly tuned interpersonal skills means I can produce desirable results. I thrive in positive, people centred cultures. My style of transparent communication, combined with my committed, focused and hands on approach, means that I have the capabilities, tools and experience to deliver results.
