In addition to overseeing our in-house talent, I personally served as client lead on several key accounts with a focus on client communication, reporting, strategy development and implementation, and content creation.A normal day would include meeting with clients, ensuring our team had what they needed to be successful, providing internal project management, creative problem solving, reviewing data and adjusting campaigns, writing social media and blog content, drafting ad and landing page copy, staying up-to-date on trends, and ensuring our clients knew what we were doing and that it was working. My role also included supporting business development through writing proposals and meeting with potential clients.

Managed the launch, communications, and programming of Blue35, a dynamic coworking environment in the heart of Grand Rapids' entertainment district, ideal for businesses of all sizes.

Administered annual marketing budget through creation, implementation and measurement of all strategic marketing plans for programs and events (average of 5 events a month) to meet income goals, in addition to managing institutional branding within the region. Generated additional dollars in donated promotion and advertising opportunities through media partnerships, and managed relationships to earn free promotion with regional media. Managed event promotion and publicity while adhering to national brand standards.
