I was the lead qualitative researcher on a process evaluation of a complex intervention in primary care delivered by an NHS and industry partnership. My role involved conducting qualitative methods such as observations and interviews, analysing qualitative data, disseminating research findings through writing journal papers and presenting at relevant conferences, facilitating patient and public engagement events and working in a wider team of both academic and NHS staff.

I was the lead qualitative researcher on a Health Foundation funded project researching improvement capability in healthcare organisations, with a particular focus on performance and improvement in maternity services. I also worked in a team of researchers on a joint project with University College London on a project focused on major system change in cancer services.
