-Analyze and provide counsel around communicated Learning and Development Requirements for planning staff PD (Tanmeyah) across Beam Schools and Beam-Ensure smooth running of programs during Tanmeyah Induction, Winter, and Spring weeks-Coordinate and set Learning and Development deployment calendar for the school academic year -Design dashboard for Learning and Development analytics to arm Beam management with trends and recommendations for learning and development at Beam Schools-Perform monthly and termly audit to ensure that records are kept of all learning and development deployment by external providers for all Beam Schools staff in teaching, as well as Leadership positions -and report back to relevant parties as needed.-Provide bi-termly reports on Learning and Development to inform Schools' Governance Boards of learning and development agenda at respective Beam schools-Provide training feedback reports on Learning and Development to School SLT following Tanmeyah Induction, Winter, and Spring-Design and deploy feedback mechanisms to capture trainees' feedback post-training for reporting, analysis, and improvement-Measure impact of deployed training in conjunction with HR and school leadership, by utilizing extracted data of session details, PDRP, systems' usage, and student achievement to reveal trends in data.-Conduct Training Needs Analysis across all schools to inform Finance on Learning and Development budget-Strike strategic partnerships with vendors providing training to Beam and Schools Staff -Provide guidance to BTD staff regarding Learning and Development deployment and ensure that Learning and Development processes are communicated to all stakeholders
