A high-end residential architecture firm outside of New York City. This role was in support of the architects and builder. The role also exposed me to the importance of client, consultant, and builder relationships and how to alter my communication style to suit.• Delivered architectural and construction services. My weeks were split betweendesign and code research in the office and being on site with a builder. On-site Ilearned how to price a project, how to physically construct an architectural detail,and how integration of all parts impacts the client directly.• Develeped new business and partnerships. I brought the owner’s vision of a newservice offering for ‘disaster restoration design services’ to life by articulating theidea into a tangible outcome. This included faciliating partnerships with insurancecompanies, builders and videographers to create the business strategy.
