Interim role to lead the build of a new Function within Business Management, which was responsible for the tracking and monitoring of all headcount across Group IT. Working closely with business units to ensure that all Permanent and Interim resourcing needs were approved in a timely fashion, and within area's approved Headcount numbers.Initially responsible for the transformation project to ensure all permanent headcount was approved and tracked accordingly, and in line with Cost Management guidelines, and subsequently asked to lead the Team and take responsibility for ensuring these guidelines were met for all hiring within Group IT.

Tasked with building a Supplier Management function within GITO Operations, I worked closely with the Resource Management Team, to design and build a Supplier Management function in order to best leverage relationships with our Preferred Recruitment partners and engage with them to deliver innovative recruitment solutions.I was also responsible for integrating the Contractor Management function into a Team within Supplier Management whose remit it was to manage the relationship between the contractor and the supplier. This function was responsible for the day to day administrative management of over 1200 specialist IT contractors.

Responsible for the day to day Operations of the hyphen Managed Service for Group IT at Lloyds Banking Group.The service originally commenced in 2006 where I was initially responsible for the resourcing solution into Scottish Widows. As Scottish Widows integrated with Lloyds TSB, I was promoted to manage the day to day operations of the entire solution across Group IT, nationally. Throughout the Integration of Lloyds TSB and HBOS, which formed Lloyds Banking Group, the service grew from 400 to over 1600 IT Contractors. I was also heavily involved in the successful re-tendering process throughout 2009, and the implementation of the new Service in 2010. My key areas of responsibility were as follows:Stakeholder Management - Management of senior stakeholders across IT services for GITO Operations within Lloyds Banking Group.Team Leadership – Leading and mentoring a team of recruitment professionals based in London and Edinburgh, supported by an off-site sourcing solution.Senior Recruitment and Ad-hoc projects - where a role was high profile, it was my remit to ensure that this was delivered in the most effective way possible, whilst also managing any ad-hoc recruitment projects through to completion.
