• Communicate issues or news about the employment status of employees• Handle record retention and sensitive personal information regarding employment and ensure that the appropriate officials and authorities are notified when necessary• Manage employees sick pay and overall work attendance, providing employees with notifications and information about their attendance when necessary• Handle payroll information for employees to ensure accurate compensation, following proper procedures when issues arise to resolve them effectively • Handle minor employee's work permits and ensured that minors do not exceed eligible working hours to comply with minor labor laws
