Sarah Dees has resigned as the Art Director for the Queen Shirley Foundation. She is seeking new remote employment. Sarah Dees was hired as the Art Director for the Queen Shirley Foundation in January of 2022.Sarah Dees recruited on Linked In for the Queen Shirley Foundation as part of her job as "Art Director" for this start-up, nonprofit foundation. I, Sarah Dees, am now reporting the Queen Shirley Foundation for fraud. They charged money for a job, stating that the money would be able to be earned back within 6 months. None of the hired teachers has taught a workshop yet, so they could not earn the money back within 6 months. None of the teachers who paid $249 for the job received a promised refund. 25 teachers were told that their $249. refund was already sent to them, but it wasn't. I have email proof of this. It has been over 30 days. The 25 teachers never received any communication from the Queen Shirley Foundation other than an email stating that their refund had already been sent by Stripe, and would arrive in their bank accounts within 10 business days. I am reporting this foundation for fraud because of nonpayment, bounced paychecks and a fake financial document sent to me while working for them as recruiter and Art Director. The Queen Shirley Foundation does not pay people they fire, and they do not pay people who quit. They withheld the pay of the Creative Team for six weeks and then never paid them for their work as promised, myself included. The amount owed to the Creative Team is around $25,000. I am owed, $4,330. for my work. Some people worked for weeks and were never paid. I was paid on time in the beginning, but received my last regular, on time paycheck on April 11th. It is now August 9th. I was never paid in full or on time after that date. I resigned from the foundation July 29th. I have established a "Whistle Blower's Campaign" vs The Queen Shirley Foundation because of abusive business practices. This does not just affect me. The foundation is continuing to push forward their program of online workshops, knowingly requiring independent contractors to use the stolen work of the Creative Team, that was never paid for. The Queen Shirley Foundation used the teachers's fees (around $19,000) and the unpaid work of the Creative Team (around $25,000) as her start-up capital. The CEO has a history of starting new businesses and driving them to bankruptcy. She has two major judgements against her in Arizona. Please support me in my effort to reveal the truth about this foundation, in the interest of public safety.
