Joining the BD UCC team as the US Marketing Manager for Urological Drainage. I am responsible for BD’s Urological Drainage portfolio, which includes the SureStep Foley Tray System, Advance and Legacy Trays, Foley catheter strips, StatLock, and SureStep Foley Care wipes. My focus is on driving growth within the core business of Acute Care with an emphasis on reinvigorating our I.C. portfolio. I will drive the US Commercial strategy and revenue growth for these product families.

Oncology Marketing Team:- Manages upstream, downstream, and sustaining marketing activities for $255M+ per year portfolio- Downstream marketing: Works closely with sales leadership, platform directors, and supply chain to ensure our products get to the patients who need them most; develop & refresh promotional collateral for sales and customers; advance relationships with KOLs; lead product trainings for sales teams.- Upstream marketing: Leads product innovation marketing activities; conducts market research that drives design decisions; collaborate with many cross-functional teams including R&D, engineers, strategy, supply chain, and more.

Their exclusive techniques and customized tools help clients save millions of dollars on capital improvement plans. Worked with the executive team to create a 5-year business plan complete with financial goals, global market analysis, and sales strategies.
