I am passionate about people and their projects, particularly in hands on solutions to technical problems.My career at the University of Western Australia (UWA) has enabled me to develop my skills as a cultural heritage management technician, particularly in training and managing students and staff. Working closely with researchers in the Centre for Rock Art Research + Management, I have endeavoured to maintain high quality archival standards across all data, particularly in visual data management. Further, I have succeeded in maintaining methods through which sensitive imagery can be viewed in a culturally safe manner by academics, Aboriginal groups, and the public.Outside of archaeology, I have a strong interest in web design, web development, and social media strategy and have worked closely with academics and non-profits on projects that are both functional and engaging with multiple user types.When I'm not at work, I am a Krav Maga practitioner who loves the outdoors, Australian sports fanatic, first home foodie, and proud mum to a German Shepherd puppy.
