• Maintains contract budgets, prepares contract-billing, estimates materials, equipment, production costs, and delivery schedules.
• Oversees personnel records, facility administration and purchases equipment and supplies.
• Provides analysis on project costs, monitoring end of PoP closeouts, variances, and monthly PMR’s
• Writes cost proposals and narratives for delivery to Prime, works with Prime and Subs on proposal costs
• Reviews cost proposals as a Certified Trusted Cost Proposal Expert to ensure product delivery is the highest level of standard.

• Lead and execute complex analysis supporting the entire directorate which includes 12 projects (40M+) and 5 project managers
• Independently execute and deliver to budget completion
• Present analysis to senior leadership
• Cost Proposal Expert; coordinate RFP response, implement all proposal tasks which include but are not limited to; pricing (utilizing GSA Rates, building rates with overhead, fringe, and G&A), mapping LCATs.
• Responsible for coordinating program financial and contractual tasks
• Day-to-day coordination and administration of tasks to include providing critical financial information to PM’s, review contractual modifications and complete internal requirements, and updating internal tracking systems
