Sarah Honeyman is Delta’s Director of Lifecycle Marketing, responsible for Retail & Performance Marketing and Relationship Marketing strategies to propel customers’ journeys from a path to purchase through to a path to passion to achieve both short-term revenue and long-term brand loyalty. With a mission to anticipate customers’ needs and then deliver on them, her oversight includes teams responsible for driving destination marketing, premium products/upsell, and card products (Co-Brand card acquisition/engagement and the Delta Gift Card), as well as SkyMiles Member Marketing and B2B2C/Small Business segment marketing. Sarah is passionate about connecting performance with creativity focused on customer needs with a knack for cross-departmental collaboration. Sarah has been at Delta since 2014 and has held various roles in the Marketing Communications department, including in Marketing strategy & planning, regional brand advertising, CRM, and sponsorships management and activation. She is a two-time Chairman’s Club nominee, Delta’s highest internal honor for exhibiting the values of the brand.Prior to her career at Delta, Sarah led integrated communications and brand PR for clients such as Wendy’s, DoubleTree by Hilton, Hilton, Embassy Suites and Walmart in the Atlanta office of global PR firm Ketchum. Prior to Ketchum, Sarah worked for The Coca-Cola Company as a member of the issues communications team that led public relations efforts for its sustainability platform in the health and wellness and environmental spaces. Sarah graduated from the University of Texas with a Bachelor's of Science in Corporate Communication, a Bachelor's of Journalism and a minor in Business. She lives in Atlanta with her husband, two toddlers and their English bulldog.
