• I was recruited to modernize and streamline the atelier workflow process. My initiatives include: - Digital patternmakers were using three different software programs. Gerber had not been updated in eight years. I proposed, and received funding for, updated Gerber licenses, and private training for the patternmakers. For S25, all digital patternmakers will be working in Gerber V16.1. - Partnered with product development team to formalize and schedule sketch pass-off process. • Oversee yearly $3.3 mn department budget. Allocate and approve design and studio expenses.• Improved workflow process has reduced overtime expenses by 51% for 2024 YTD.

• Established technical design department, including work processes and tech pack standards, for Lela Rose Collection.• Initiated and converted tech documents and all record keeping from Excel to RLM. Received individualized training from RLM.• Led production fit development for 40 – 50 SKU per season. Worked on three seasons concurrently.• Production manufactured in the Garment District. Oversaw workflow, construction details, and quality assurance with local factories.
