Key responsibilities included dealing and creating solutions to customer fraud. More specifically identifying trends, monitoring changes, and tweaking scoring models for these customers in South Africa. This project was carried out in collaboration with teammates from PK, whereby we could compare the different fraudulent landscapes. The prevention of fraud was crucial for the success of Airlift in South Africa. Other responsibilities included growth analytics - we were constantly exploring new ventures with market leaders. I was responsible for creating and maintaining dashboards for these ventures - I am highly proficient in both SQL and Python. I conducted analyses of these ventures - checking the validity, fraud within the venture, retention rates etc. and provided recommendations on whether or not we should continue with these venture, improvements and short-falls. Finally supply chain and logistics analyses, my role involved creating greater visibility for warehouse managers and top-level management within the supply and logistics sector of the business. Projects included analysis on the validity and viability of different business systems as well as creating views for warehouse managers to track disposals and check-ins.I have experience in the interview processes of other data analysts for South Africa and the Graduate Program in PK.
