Singapore Content Lead - Jan 2019The role involves long term content planning and promotion strategies designed for the Singaporean consumer. RTL CBS Entertainment Asia (now Blue Ant Media)Program Manager - Jan 2014 - May 2017Upon joining the RTL CBS Asia team I launched the male skewed lifestyle channel EXTREME by creating the initial broadcast schedule. After one year I then took over the management of the core channel RTL CBS ENTERTAINMENT which broadcasts in over 28 countries in Asia with hugely popular titles including House Of Cards, America’s Got Talent and The Late Late Show with James Corden.Working closely with the EVP, I created the long term channel schedule and highlights, devised stunts, promotional priorities and marketing communication.Responsible for the monthly input of schedule information and the generation of EPGs for channel carriers across our seven plus territories.Overseeing creative on-air spots to ensure brand alignment as well as effective and consistent audience engagement.Researched and provided feedback on possible acquisitions for future launches.Liaised with the operations and broadcast delivery team in Luxembourg to ensure the successful airing of live broadcasts which included The Golden Globe Awards and the final of The X Factor UK.Both channel manager roles included the management of a presentation scheduler, and in tandem with the EVP, I oversaw the roles of the Creative Services Manager, two Promo Producers and a Content Coordinator.

As Presentation Manager I ensured BT TV's on-air messaging is delivered to three platforms and positioned for optimal reach and effectiveness with the goal of increasing views, awareness of content and customer retention.
