My current work involves leading research projects aimed at creating knowledge products which highlight how alleviating the societal pressure on men to conform to masculinity standards will result in greater freedom and equality for all. I manage a team of 2 researchers and provide them with support and coaching. So far, our team has produced 2 research-based tools and 2 infographics.
