Honav: International business specialising in licensing and merchandising for large national and international sporting events, such as Beijing 2008, London 2012 and Rio 2016- Responsible for represent Honav in the international market to get more licenses.- Developed winning tenders for the lapel pin category license for the US Olympic CommitTee, and for the lapel pin and souvenir products licenses (30 categories in total) for the Rio 2016 Olympic and Paralympic Games (estimated value US$ 50m)- Managed the contract negotiation with local Olympic Committee.- Co-supervise all areas of the 3 international projects (Honav UK, Honav USA and Honav Brasil) including local company registration, product development, procurement, logistic, and HR.- Key role in developing sales, marketing and operational strategy of Honav Brasil – participate in interviews and hiring,- provide training, collaborated with external marketing consultant on development of four year marketing and product development plan and support Rio based logistics controller in developing logistics plan and SOPs.
