Thompson & Morgan is one of the UK’s biggest mail order plant companies, providing home gardeners with great quality much loved plants, as well as introducing new and innovative plants.My role as Promotional Sales Manager has me working with the UK’s biggest gardening magazines providing them with seed packets to mount to the front of their magazines; to working with the local businesses to provide them with branded and unbranded goods to sell, or give-away as a promotion or providing brides and grooms with bespoke wedding favors.I strive for the best, and continually look for improvement within every task I undertake. Thriving in the deadline orientated environment, I co-ordinate each sale to ensure it is produced on time to the best quality. In my first year:• Sold over 12 Million promotional units. • Overseen complete re-design and development of the www.promoflowers.com website• Improved website SEO resulting increased sales, and enquiries coming through the site • Helped to launch two new brands by securing it's place on a the front covers of poplar gardening titles.
