Sarah Doukas is a Managing Director at Storm Model Management. Colleagues describe her as "25 years ago I was very much a novice in the world of fashion, models and photography. I immediately sense that something different and exciting was happening at STORM. There was drive and energy I had to date not experienced. Sarah had, and still does, an almost uncanny ability to spot great talent at any given time, anywhere (yes, that Kate Moss airport story is true) and in combination with an encyclopedic memory of photographers and clients across the globe was/is key to the company’s success. Simon played an equally critical role. Always cool under pressure and working behind the scenes, his business acumen and strategic approach was essential in the growth and expansion of the company. The two of them together are very much a force to be reckoned with. What does however make them stand out amongst their peers is is exceptional leadership and the fact that they are exceptional people as well. In many a situation, personal or professional, they have generously provided help and support to myself and others well beyond what was required. It’s a genuine privilege to have known them for over half my life and call them my friends."
