I received a first class honours in this MBS The MBS in ISBP at UCC won the Postgrad Ireland postgraduate course of the year 2013 and 2104. ISBP strikes a balance between the technology management activities and the analysis / development activities that affect the practice and theory of information systems in modern organisations. I was provided with a clear understanding of how to manage information systems and leverage the potential of the latest Information Technologies (IT) to create value for the firm; reducing costs, solving organisational problems or providing better products and services to customers.Assignments: Dashboard Development: Selected KPI’s for a company, based on company data; created an effec-tive Dashboard for the company sales manager to view. This project was completed using MS Access & Excel. Application Modelling: Designed a tracking configuration system for a company, using Data Model-ling such as ERDs, Class diagrams, Use Case Modelling and hi-fi and low-fi prototypes. This project was completed using MS Visio and WIX. Database Design: Created, populated, designed and queried a fictional company Database. This project was completed using SQL developer and Data Modelling.
