As MD/EP at LS Productions, I lead the LS team across our production service offices in Manchester, Edinburgh, London and Malta. Based out of our Edinburgh HQ, I am responsible for the day-to-day management of the business. I work to spot new opportunities, shape and plan production, and ensure all output is created to a high standard. My objective is to push the business and the team to be the best it can be for our clients.I initially joined the company 11 years ago to start a moving image department. One of the early TV jobs we took on was for NBC’s Running Wild with Bear Grylls and Michael B. Jordan. Since then, our work has expanded into major commercials, TV shows, scripted drama, documentary, music videos, and feature films. LS Productions is the UK’s largest production service company, handling all aspects of shoot production in every region for commercials, film and TV, music videos and fashion work. What makes our set up unique is having an internal locations department and location library. We can pitch multiple cities or landscapes at once for briefs and re-organise important shoots in new cities without starting from scratch. With over 10,000 locations across England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland and Malta, our library is growing all the time. Starting my career early in the production world, and moving through various roles in the industry, I am passionate about creating opportunities for new entrants into the industry as well as providing opportunities for growth within LS Productions.
