I am the Executive Director for Columbus Oaks Healthcare Community, Assisted Living. I develop, plan and implement different programs within the Community, develop and maintain operational budgets, hire and train new staff members and stay current with changes to laws or policies that can affect the Community. Other parts of my job entail making sure that the building's appearance is maintained and is safe for the Community, resident/family relations and health management for the residents. I am also involved in Community events in Columbus to help market and be a part of the local activities.

As a District Manager included HR responsibilities, benefits, payroll (BlueForce), Workers Comp Claims, Unemployment Claims, new hire orientation, etc. I was responsible for 7 long term care buildings. I made sure the Account Managers stayed on track with all their budgets and supplies. I also took care of any issues that our clients would have concerning the building. The main function of the DM was to maintain the relationship with our clients and making sure the operations of our district ran smoothly. Other functions included maintaining OSHA regulations, training new employees, financial tracking, FLMA, terminations, and explanation of policies.

At BuildYourCNC I handle all the purchasing of the inventory. I got quotes from all over the world and did research on every company that could be a potential supplier for us to buy from. I also controled the entire inventory. I check it in as the company receives it, add it to stock, and put it in the correct location in the building. Along with purchasing and Inventory I process payroll bi-weekly, handle employee relations, and handle all sales that come to the office. I process the orders and enter them into the system. I solve any issues that would come up with the purchases of the products.

As the office assistant I answer phones, greet customers, and assist anyone that requires assistance with in the office. With this position I ordered office supplies, managed the office supply inventory and the environmental duties of the office. As the AR/AP assistant I assisted the controller of the company with daily duties as paying bills and sending out invoices to customers. I also assisted the controller with any incoming inquiries concerning incoming and outgoing payments.
