I am enthusiastic about ever growing transportation in the Greater Golden Horseshoe area and even more so about the prospect of improving transportation accessibility and equity for Ontarians. My experience as a frontline staff member who worked their way through the ranks, offers a unique perspective and an in-depth understanding of resource planning and optimization in Customer Service, Operations, and Capital Project Delivery. Combined with advanced analytical skills, I offer tailored change management and process development, including program and policy administration development, implementation and evaluation. My passion for public service motivated me to complete by Masters of Public Policy, Administration and Law at York University and will continue to drive my desire to learn and improve.
