I am currently the Project Scientist for the Dating an Irregular Mare Patch with a Lunar Explorer (DIMPLE) payload. The DIMPLE is part of NASA's Commercial Lunar Payload Service (CLPS) initiative, under NASA's Artemis program.

· Calibrated solar radiation measurement field instruments at the Solar Radiation Research Laboratory· Statistical analysis of new instrument performance compared to reference instrumentation· Published performance of cost-effective methods to provide accurate solar radiation measurements (SPIE Optics and Photonics conference paper #6652)

· Monitored electric field conditions for the LOPES-KASCADE cosmic air shower detector array· Calibrated electric field detector and wrote program in C for automated analysis of electric field data to provide the frequency and strength of lightning strikes near the cosmic ray air shower detector array· Tested low-cost muon detectors for an educational outreach program

· Scanned over 6000 photomicrographs of Apollo lunar sample petrographic slides of into digital format· Compiled searchable database of previously handwritten scientific observations· Final database available online: Digital Petrographic Slide Collection

· Determined Apollo lunar sample mineralogy, grain size, and spatial trends through measurement and analysis of petrographic thin sections· Demonstrated accurate measurement of titanium oxide content in Apollo rock samples using thin section photomicrographs
