By allowing partners to customize coverage based on their unique needs, Safeware provides best-in-class programs allowing customers to own their products with confidence.Current responsibilities include:• Assists team with staffing by recruiting, interviewing, on-boarding, and training employees.• Accomplishes positive results by coaching associates; assist in planning, monitoring job results and employee audits.• Assists with training; implementing, creating and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.• Assists with annual reviews by providing comments and documentation of work product. • Monitors time and attendance.• Manages operations by developing schedules; assigning and monitoring work; gathering resources; implementing productivity standards; pulling regular (daily, weekly etc.) reports, resolving operations problems; maintaining reference manuals; implementing new procedures.• Provides quality service by enforcing quality and customer service standards.• Assists with customer service issues and escalations when needed.• Attends and may lead Daily Huddles, regular weekly meetings.• Maintains minimal case load and provide back-up to associates who are out of the office and or monitor work outside of SLA and assist where needed to rectify.• Over-all support to Operations Manager.
