My key focus is on the alignment marketing and communications activity with NDY’s strategic framework including specific activity to build our brand in new and emerging markets. I am also focused on sourcing and sharing with our clients and partners the latest experience and thinking from our diverse global team.I also support key marketing initiatives and activity for the Tetra Tech High Performance Buildings Group which brings together world leading expertise in the built environment from our affiliates at Hoare Lea in the United Kingdom as well as Tetra Tech in Europe plus Cosentini and Glumac in the United States.

In this six month secondment role I regained and grew market share in the small customer and reseller segments in Australia.

McConnell Dowell (MacDow) is a leader in multi- discipline engineering and construction with offices throughout Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific, South East Asia and the Middle East.Based in the Melbourne head office and reporting to the Director, New Business I undertook development and implementation of the Company’s rebrand in 2008; a catalyst for doubling of the company’s revenue from $1 billion to over $2 billion within a two year period.

CPB Contractors (formerly Leighton Contractors) is one of Australia’s largest and most successful civil engineering and construction companies with operations throughout Australia, Asia and New Zealand. The purpose of my role was to facilitate efficient operation and functioning of the Communications/Marketing Department.As part of a team I was responsible for the production of high calibre internal and external corporate communications, the management of sponsorship and events. I also formed part of the bids and tenders team writing and editing of bids and proposals for projects over $10 million in value.
