Design of brain inspired circuits in CMOS technology:Electro-physiologic systems & non linear systems modeling-MatlabAnalogic circuit simulation- LTSpice PTM 22nmAnalogic circuit simulation-Cadence ADESchematic circuit design in Cadence Virtuoso-TSMC 65nm PDK Design rule checking DRC/LVS (Team monitoring)ASIC fabrication via Europractice (Logistic following)2.Characterization of fabricated circuits: On-wafer characterization (DC, AC, S-parameters, Noise)Development of 8 specific test benches (DC, Noise)Measurement of 100 ASIC circuits Data acquisition's programing-LabVIEWData post processing-MatlabSupervision of interns and PhD students3. Outstanding scientific results: *Patent filing in 2016 for the realization of a novel neuroinspired circuit*Improvement of the state of the art of 2 orders of magnitude in energy consumption and 1 order of magnitude in ASIC's surface *Experimental demonstration of stochastic resonance in non-linear systems4.
