The result is an original Cisco Design Thinking framework that is innovative yet familiar, forward-looking yet approachable. In our first year, our team has opened a new Design Thinking Studio in San Jose, produced a book entitled "Getting Started with Cisco Design: A Practical Guide to Solving Complex Problems — Together," launched an internal website, and developed a training and facilitation program to scale the initiative across the company.
