About Sarah Marshall

I enjoy driving productivity, efficiency, and collaboration while working cross-functionally to standardize UX processes supporting the broader product development cycles at Cisco. I’ve developed and leveraged my passion for Design Thinking together with my experience as a Program Manager to create magic in the work and accountability that has permeated the teams in my scope of operations. My “superpower” is in bringing organization and focus to Design teams. I enjoy exploring cross-functional relationships within the Software Development Lifecycle to identify opportunities to employ the practice of Design. My goal is to encourage and support Designers and Researchers, allowing them to flourish while engaging with cross-disciplinary teams to deliver complex solutions.Fun fact: Early in my career, I worked for Madonna as her Personal Assistant in London, where I learned to deliver against tight deadlines under extreme pressure.
