Tutoring middle school and high school students for test prep, math, and general academic skills.

• Managed analytics projects from initial conception through finished products, documentation, and maintenance• Designed dashboards using Tableau Desktop for both Sales and Marketing teams, ranging from individual requests for specific analysis to dashboards that have been in use for years and used by dozens of people• Created multiple data sources using SQL within Snowflake that combined data from Salesforce, Workday, and Google Sheets to be used for analysis of different areas of the business• Performed regular data validation of key Tableau Online dashboards against Salesforce data to ensure that customer teams always had access to correct information and confidence in the data they used to make business decisions• Wrote and maintained documentation of popular dashboards so that new users could train themselves on the dashboards and to reduce the number of clarification questions directed to the analytics team• Completed service request tickets, including updating calculated fields and data sources to match changes to the Salesforce schema, new feature requests for existing dashboards, and one-off analysis projects, to support the needs of our customer teams and efficiently respond to feedback• Led meetings regularly with different customer teams and go-to-market executives to share data-driven insights, discuss possible courses of action, gather feedback on analytics projects, and stay up-to-date on what other teams were working onWorked primarily remotely in Seattle through February 2022, and worked completely remotely from New York beginning in March 2022.

Created visualizations of key business data using Tableau to optimize insights into the company’s strengths and weaknesses; presented the visualizations weekly to the executive leadership team. Researched competitors, performed data entry, and assisted with other necessary tasks within the Growth Operations team to ensure departmental efficiency.Worked in the Seattle office in summer 2019, remotely from Colgate's campus in fall 2019, and again in the Seattle office until March 2020.

Updated Deployed’s Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter pages to look more professional based on research of similar companies, created posts for each platform, and wrote guides on how to use each platform most effectively. Created new company logos using Adobe Illustrator and designed templates for PowerPoint and Word documents to create a more cohesive look for investor pitches.

Completed five analysis projects with Excel for Grant Peak’s business Salumi to help improve business efficiency and cut costs. Researched competitors of Salumi and made recommendations of new products, website improvements, and social media ideas, some of which have already been implemented.

Held weekly tutoring sessions to help students practice problems, understand concepts, and prepare for exams. Graded problem sets to provide feedback to students on their understanding. Also worked one-on-one with students who requested extra help.

Outdoor camp counselor for two summers. Supervised a group of 7-12 children while managing day-to-day activities to ensure safety. Taught rock climbing and outdoor skills to provide a fun and engaging summer experience. Mentored and worked with junior counselors to help improve the efficiency of camp.

Helped redo the conservation section of website, wrote an article for the magazine (web version linked below), used Adobe Illustrator to create graphics for members’ pages.

Taught group and private lessons and ran a seven-week beginner ski course, all for children in the 3-6 year old age group.
