Co-led the Equity, Diversity and Inclusion agenda for Unilever Australia & New Zealand. This included engaging the leadership team on key EDI topics such as inequity in gender, age and ethnicity. During this time I worked with a team to develop Unilever's Reconciliation Australia Action Plan and update the business policy on Domestic Family Violence to be more inclusive.

While completing my university studies, I worked part time as a Assistant Regional Manager in Newcastle for Davidson Trahaire Corpsych (DTC), now known as Benestar. DTC was the industry leading, national EAP provider in Australia. This role involved office management, being the first point of contact for our EAP line, resourcing professional trauma support for major public incidents and supporting our counsellors and psychologists in the Hunter Valley region.
