Championed vision, strategic planning, and production elements while shifting our programming during COVID-19 for seven shows, 100 classes, and educational support for 1200 children participating in a six-month timeframe.

Responsible for strategic development and vision of children's ministry across seven campuses to provide creation, development and adherence to policy and procedure as it relates to child safety, volunteer engagement and customer service while cultivating healthy team collaboration and implementation.

Lead all aspects of Education department, including: vision, strategic planning and production elements for 32 shows, 100 classes and educational support for 5,000 children participating in a year. Manage production teams from conception to final product; align director vision to company vision, procure theater venues; coordinate and organize support materials needed. Lead and manage team of 17 Coordinators to adhere to policies and procedures, hiring and evaluating teachers; overseeing creation of curriculum and support materials, managing paid staff and volunteers. Developing all educational materials for 8-week summer camp.

Collaborated with team to develop and execute events to support artists. Coordinated living accommodations, ticket requests, area resources and transportation for artists during their production run.

Assisted in development and support of children's ministry program including volunteer management, family engagement, event management, and collection of support materials.
