-Provide academic support for 2-3 at-risk student athletes through implementing time management, task completion, and other strategies to encourage each student to reach academic goals-Manage 13 part time staff members that are a part of the Academic Mentor Program which aims to support student athletes academically-Serve as the Chair of the Support Staff Council which provides our support staff an outlet for leadership opportunities within the Rankin R. Smith, Jr. Student Athlete Academic Support Center-Oversee the planning and scheduling of approx. 140 requests per semester for meetings with an academic mentor-Assist in other administrative duties such as training preparations, grade checks, and team travel dates

-Managed a caseload of 6-8 academically at-risk student athletes by providing support in time management, note taking strategies, study skills as well as in areas such as reading comprehension and writing skills-Generated new ideas as the Co-Chair of Support Staff Council/Assistant Learning Specialist Team Lead to create a more efficient environment within the Rankin Smith Academic Center

-Managed large fundraising events Including the annual golf tournament and banquet hosting the chapter's 350 members and sponsors-Collaborated with Executive Directors to ensure the organization ran effectively and efficiently
