I also ran an international recruitment campaign with the Bermuda Monetary Authority to source a number of senior director level roles in preparation for the implementation of Solvency II. These roles included Deputy Director of Actuarial, Deputy Director of Insurance Supervision, Chief Economist, Deputy Director of Banking, Trust and Investment Supervision and Director of Policy.
