Specializing in all facets of human resource management including recruitment, relocation, immigration processing, interim resourcing, payroll, employee relations, compensation & benefits, and employee development.As an Executive Search Consultant in the recruitment team of Expertise, I worked with a wide range of offshore and international insurance and banking clients. I also ran an international recruitment campaign with the Bermuda Monetary Authority to source a number of senior director level roles in preparation for the implementation of Solvency II. These roles included Deputy Director of Actuarial, Deputy Director of Insurance Supervision, Chief Economist, Deputy Director of Banking, Trust and Investment Supervision and Director of Policy.

I managed the Consumer team of Michael Page Executive Search in the London office. This division concentrated on Director and Board level appointments in the salary range of £85,000 and £300,000. Our solution typically involved Search or Advertised Selection, or a combined approach of several methodologies. I specifically serviced the Retail, Hospitality, Leisure and FMCG markets.

Pure Recruitment was a start up specialist tax recruitment consultancy that I joined in its infancy. I specifically serviced the Expatriate Tax market in central London and the Home Counties.

I worked within the Practice Team where I had a client portfolio of small to medium-sized accountancy firms in the Manchester area. I recruited at all levels in audit, tax, corporate finance, VAT and corporate recovery for these clients.

I joined Arthur Andersen to work within the Tax Information department. I later transferred to the Marketing department in the Manchester office.
