Personally, I’m the friend that is always throwing theme parties or inviting you over for dinner because I want to introduce you to some other friend of mine, with whom you might share a business or personal interest. I’m a positive, compassionate connector and feel the most “alive” when I am hosting and cooking for others. I love making sure that everyone feels welcome and included and nothing brings people together better than home-cooked food!Professionally, I use that same skill set to build relationships and generate enthusiasm with my teams. I believe I create the most value for organizations in roles where sharing my infectiously positive enthusiasm will improve the effectiveness of others, generate revenue, or facilitate innovation.In my community, I can’t help but be a joiner. It’s in my DNA. I’m an active Rotarian supporting many of our initiatives including our scholarship program, the Vacaville Spelling Bee and our high school foreign-exchange program.
