I was also responsible for overseeing the training and development of approximately 60 professionals in 6 offices. I believe the most significant impact I made at PMB was empowering the manager team to step into leadership roles within the firm and create their own positive contributions to the firm’s culture, which was how I discovered my desire to become a leadership coach. During my time at PMB, I learned how to balance the structure of leadership development programming with the customization necessary to accommodate individual learning styles, which Brian and I leverage in Intend2Lead.

During my years at PwC, I served in various local and regional leadership roles in the areas of portfolio management, mentoring, recruiting, and office events. This is where I began to develop and instruct training courses for staff, partners and clients, which planted the seeds for my future in leadership development programming. -
