My role included full life-cycle of project management – from conceptualization, planning, booking speakers, budget and sales to delivering the programs on site together with external speakers.

Developed a new role and crafted Klarna’s first Employer Branding Strategy. Responsible for the budget and project management of activities aimed at attracting talent in Sweden and internationally. My tasks was to identify and maintain Klarna’s key messaging as an employer, organize events, leading the planning and participation in career fairs, facilitating workshops, establishing partnerships, developing communication materials, and managing the career-related online channels (web, blog etc.). I was also manager for a group of student ambassadors working from universities across Sweden.

Produce marketing material for Nordea’s structured products – write texts, coordinate logistics to ensure distribution and update the webpage and intranet. Materials included monthly brochures to all local offices in Sweden, sales material, customer letters and educational articles. 100% delivery on deadlines, simplified texts in the marketing material to better match the knowledge of the main target groups.

One of Sweden’s largest volunteer, non-profit and student-run business associations. 2 500 members, 300 active in projects run by different committees. Being president for the Event Committee included responsibility for staffing, coaching and follow-up on 15+ different projects run by the committee. Being an elected representative required a lot of commitment, cooperation and ability to motivate students working voluntarily. Budget responsibility for the committee, increased revenues to become over 1 million SEK (1/5 of total revenue of the association).
