Prepared executives and account teams with all supporting information and executive briefing materials, while aligning with customer and executive expectations. Tracked metrics and created presentations for executive facing reporting to detail types of engagements, customer performance and pipeline opportunities.Developed an internal SharePoint as a resource asset where teams could access process information and templates.
