Responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring all Human Resources activities within our team. Provide support and guidance to Talent Management Consultants and Talent Acquisition Specialists. Primary day-to-day focus is on employment and employee relations functions, as well as act as liaison with the corporate Talent Management staff to provide local market support for the benefits, training, and compensation functions. Also responsible for compliance with established policies and procedures as well as applicable laws. Provided HR support in the areas of recruiting, selection and orientation, benefits administration, employee relations, compensation and related human resource management functions. As well as day to day coaching and guidance to managers on all aspects of employee relations. Served as a business partner to senior management on HR issues in regards to the strategic planning objectives for their areas.
