Promotions Assistant
Current- Coordinate and execute promotional events for New County 92.3, 101.1 ESPN, and 106.5 The Arch- Schedule promotional spots and segments for 101 ESPN weekly using Microsoft Excel- Create and publish contests for station websites using Triton Digital- Write website postings for all three stations with approved copy and approved graphics- Navigate listener databases and correspond with winners regarding contesting and prize fulfillment- Upload photos to the station websites using WordPress- Interact with clients and listeners through prize giveaways and games- Photograph events for social media usage and event recaps- Assist on-air personalities with live broadcasts and appearances- Train new hires on station and event rules and regulations- Operate remote broadcasting equipment- Write recaps detailing the success of each event- Set up and break down station promotional equipment- Drive station vehicles to and from events
