I’m a champion for change in education, with deep experience in teacher quality and leadership across the school, district, and state levels. My career has been all about breaking through bureaucracy and building relationships that move work forward. I’ve led major initiatives in state systems and designed hands-on programs that bring educators into the heart of their own solutions.I believe that real transformation comes when those on the frontlines are empowered to co-create the solutions. This is why I’m so passionate about design thinking—it allows the people most impacted by change to shape it. I’ve seen firsthand the difference it makes when people feel invested in solutions they helped build; it’s how lasting behavior change takes root. Policy may be about rules, but it’s also about behavior change.I thrive in roles that call for grit, creativity, and a strong grounding in systems thinking. My experience spans large-scale implementation and innovative learning, always with a focus on helping teams accomplish their most essential work. I’ve developed facilitation methods that respect the team’s time—guiding groups to align, commit, and test their ideas quickly. My goal in facilitation is to relieve folks of the logistical burdens of running meetings and conversations so they can focus on making a real impact.
